Step 1: Reserve Your Event Display – $99

Before we roll up to your event, we’ll design a high-impact LED presentation

and reserve your truck display slot on our calendar.

This one-time setup step includes:

• A professionally designed, animated slide or video customized for your event or sponsors (up to 20 seconds)

• Scheduling and placement planning for your event date and venue

• Content preview for your approval before the event

*Required for all new event bookings. This ensures your visuals are ready, your content is tested, and your slot is guaranteed.

Step 2: Choose your package

Base Event Rental – $200 (2 Hours)

• Truck parked on-site, screen active for 2 continuous hours

• Full-color LED display (static or animated ads, slideshows, livestream-ready)

• Sound system available (optional)

• Great for announcements, looping sponsors, or visual atmosphere

• Additional hours available: $100/hour

Half-Day Event Package – $350 (4 Hours)

• Truck on-site 4 hours

• Unlimited slides or videos (preloaded before event)

• Audio available (music or mic input)

• Great for festivals, car shows, sporting events

• Includes basic setup, on-site operator, and standby tech support

• Additional hours available: $90/hour

Full-Day Event Takeover – $650 (8 Hours)

• Full-day rental of LED truck

• Live content switching available

• Ad rotation, sponsor reels, countdowns, and announcements

• Includes on-site operator Ideal for concerts, rallies, or large-scale public events

• Additional hours available: $80/hour

All events require the $99 + 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date.
