Refund & Cancellation Policy

PXLLED – Standard & Custom LED Display Systems

1. Built-to-Order Systems

All PXLLED LED display systems are built-to-order commercial products. Production begins after full payment is received.

Because each system is manufactured and configured specifically for the purchaser, orders are non-refundable once production has started.

2. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.

After production begins, cancellations are not permitted.

3. Freight & Crating Fees

All systems are professionally crated prior to shipment or pickup to ensure safe transport.

Freight and crating charges are non-refundable once the system has been prepared for shipment.

If an order is canceled before production begins, any payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund.

4. Shipping Damage

All systems are inspected and tested prior to crating and shipment.

If damage occurs during transit:

• Customer must inspect shipment upon delivery
• Any visible damage must be noted on the Bill of Lading before signing
• Claims must be reported to PXLLED within 48 hours of delivery

Failure to document shipping damage at delivery may void freight claims.

We will assist in resolving freight damage claims as needed.

5. Warranty Coverage

All systems include a 3-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover:

• Improper installation
• Physical damage after delivery
• Electrical misuse
• Environmental damage outside rated specifications

Warranty service may require remote diagnostics prior to part replacement.

6. Returns

Due to the commercial and built-to-order nature of our systems, returns are not accepted.

All sales are final once production begins.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Confirming correct size and configuration prior to purchase
• Ensuring site readiness
• Providing accurate delivery information

Freight pricing assumes commercial delivery with forklift access. Additional delivery requirements may incur extra charges.
