PXLLED – Commercial LED Display Systems

Effective Date: Date of Purchase

By purchasing from PXLLED, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Commercial Product Disclaimer

PXLLED designs, assembles, and supplies commercial-grade LED display systems. All products are intended for professional installation and commercial use.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges they are purchasing a commercial product and understand its installation, electrical, and structural requirements.

2. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

Production of built-to-order systems begins only after payment has been received and confirmed.

PXLLED does not offer deposits, partial payments, or payment terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Built-to-Order Systems

All LED display systems are built-to-order and assembled specifically for each customer.

Due to the custom commercial nature of these systems:

• Orders are non-refundable once production has begun
• Returns are not accepted
• All sales are final after production starts

Customers are responsible for confirming correct size, pixel pitch, and configuration prior to purchase.

4. Crating & Freight

All systems are professionally crated prior to shipment or pickup.

Freight pricing includes crating, palletization, and handling.

Freight rates are based on shipping zones and assume:

• Commercial delivery address
• Forklift access at delivery site

Additional services such as:

• Residential delivery
• Liftgate service
• Limited access delivery
• Re-delivery attempts

May incur additional charges.

Oversized configurations may require adjusted freight confirmation prior to shipment.

5. Customer Pickup

Customer pickup includes professional crating and palletization.

Uncrated systems will not be released from the facility.

Customer assumes responsibility for secure transport once product leaves PXLLED’s possession.

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the freight carrier.

Customer must inspect shipment upon delivery.

Any visible damage must be documented on the Bill of Lading at time of delivery.

Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours.

Failure to document damage at delivery may void freight claims.

7. Installation & Site Responsibility

Customer is responsible for:

• Proper structural support
• Electrical compliance
• Permitting and local code compliance
• Professional installation

PXLLED is not responsible for improper installation or site-related failures.

8. Warranty

All systems include a 3-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturer defects.

Warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage
• Improper installation
• Electrical misuse
• Environmental damage beyond rated specifications
• Unauthorized modification

Warranty claims may require remote diagnostics prior to part replacement.

9. Limitation of Liability

PXLLED shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits
• Business interruption
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Installation costs
• Labor costs beyond supplied components

Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

10. Force Majeure

PXLLED shall not be held liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Supply chain disruptions
• Freight carrier delays
• Natural disasters
• Government actions

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Arkansas.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By completing purchase, the customer acknowledges:

• They have read these Terms & Conditions
• They understand the commercial nature of the product
• They agree to all policies outlined above
